Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain language, how this website handles the data of the people who visit it. It is not Cury Construtora’s privacy policy: the party responsible for data here is the real estate broker who runs the site, not the developer.

Who controls your data

For the purposes of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the data controller for this website is the broker responsible for it, identified by name and by CRECI-RJ registration 96440 in the footer of every page.

What we collect

This website has no forms and no sign-up: it does not ask for your name, email or phone number to browse.

The only time you give us any data is when you choose to start a conversation through the WhatsApp button. At that point we receive your profile name, your number and whatever you write. We collect nothing else.

This website does not use Google Analytics, social media pixels or any other advertising or audience measurement tag.

What we use it for

To reply to your message, present the developments you are interested in and move forward with any purchase offer. For no other purpose.

Who we share it with

With Cury Construtora and, where applicable, with banks and professionals involved in the purchase (such as the notary, a document agent or an interpreter), only when needed to make your offer happen. We do not sell data to anyone.

The Google map

Development pages show a Google Maps map. To draw it, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic device information and may set their own cookies under Google’s policies. We receive nothing from that connection. The development’s address is also written out in the fact sheet, for anyone who prefers to block the map.

Stay alert

Always use the WhatsApp number shown on this website. Be wary of contact from other numbers or profiles claiming to speak for this site or for Cury.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, ask for it to be deleted and withdraw consent. To do so, write to [email protected].
